Conditions:
From 1 July to 31 August, stays are at least 14 days from the first or the sixteenth day of the month.
- The booking will be confirmed by transferring a € 200 deposit per each week of the stay. For bookings from 06/8 to 20/8: a deposit of 40% of the estimate is required
- The remaining amount must be settled upon arrival.
- Check in: upon arrival, go to the Residence Promenade Office, Via Facchini, 1 - 47841 Cattolica to settle the payment and receive the keys. Apartments are available from 6 pm.
- Check out: 10 am
- We accept small / medium-sized pets up to 10/15 kg; a supplement of € 50.00 is required for final cleaning and sanitizing of the apartment.

Our apartments are air-conditioned, elegantly-furnished, and include a balcony, a fitted kitchen, a washing machine and a shower cubicle.
From 17 June to 31 August STAYS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS FOR ONE OR MORE WEEKS.
Does NOT include Holiday Tax: 1,50 Euro per day for the first 7 days, children up to the age of 14 are exempt.
