The booking will be confirmed by transferring a € 200 deposit per each week of the stay. For bookings from 06/8 to 20/8: a deposit of 40% of the estimate is required
The remaining amount must be settled upon arrival.
Check in: upon arrival, go to the Residence Promenade Ofﬁce, Via Facchini, 1 - 47841 Cattolica to settle the payment and receive the keys. Apartments are available from 6 pm.
Check out: by 10.00 am

Our apartments are air-conditioned, elegantly-furnished, and include a balcony, a fitted kitchen, a washing machine and a shower cubicle.

Does NOT include Holiday Tax: 1,50 Euro per day for the first 7 days, children up to the age of 14 are exempt.
